Prenatal Sound Preparation
A grounding sound experience created to help expectant mothers slow down, reconnect with their bodies, release held tension, and prepare intentionally for the transformational journey of birth. Time to be held, rather than to hold everything.
This May Be for You If…
- You are preparing for birth and want unhurried time to settle your nervous system.
- You are carrying tension, anticipation, or an unspoken story about your birth.

What to Expect
- 01A gentle conversation about where you are in your pregnancy and what you would like to release.
- 02Comfortable, fully supported positioning with pillows and bolsters.
- 03A soft sound journey shaped around calm, grounding, and breath.
- 04Quiet integration time before you return to your day.
Preparation
