01 — Birth Support
Prenatal Sound Preparation
A grounding sound experience designed to help expectant mothers slow down, connect with their bodies, release tension, and intentionally prepare for the transformational journey of birth.

Sol & Glo Birth Support
Sound-centered birth support designed to help mothers and families create more calm, connection, presence, and intention around the birth experience.
Birth Support
Birth is more than a moment on a calendar. It is a threshold — a moment of becoming, transforming, releasing, welcoming, and remembering.
Sol & Glo Birth Support was created to help you intentionally prepare for that transition and surround yourself with practices that invite calm, connection, grounding, and presence.
This is not about creating a “perfect” birth. It is about creating space to feel supported, informed, connected, and deeply present for your experience.

A Personal Note
Anika Sol · Founder · Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Level 1 & 2 · Mother of Five
Birth support from a mother who understands the sacredness of the birth space.
I’m the founder of Sol & Glo — and a mother who understands that birth is one of the most powerful thresholds we experience as women.
I’ve experienced natural home birth with three of my five babies. I understand the preparation, vulnerability, intensity and sacredness of this transition — not simply professionally, but personally.
I know how sacred the birth space should be. I know the importance of feeling grounded, safe, heard, supported, and connected to yourself as you prepare to welcome new life. That lived experience is why I created Sol & Glo Birth Support.
My role isn’t to tell you what your birth should look like, and it isn’t to replace your midwife, doula or physician. It’s to create a supportive space where you can slow down, connect with yourself and your baby, prepare intentionally, and use sound, vibration, breath, presence, and ritual as tools for your journey — before birth, during birth, and in the tender weeks after.
Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or your fifth, you deserve to feel held through the experience.
Mama needs to be held, too.
