Hi, I'm Anika.
As the founder of Sol & Glo, I was also its very first client.
I’ve always used music to shift the mood, but when I discovered sound healing, I experienced something much deeper. I could feel transformation taking place within my body—not simply a temporary change in how I felt. That experience sparked a desire to learn everything I could.
I enrolled in an accredited certification program with Harmony Hands Energy Healing, where I had the privilege of studying under Laurie Fulford. I remain deeply grateful for her knowledge, experience, and guidance.
Whether you’re beginning your sound healing journey or have been practicing for some time, I’m honored to serve as your practitioner and support you in your evolving transformation.

3. Approval & secure deposit. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a secure private payment link for your 50% non-refundable deposit. Your appointment is officially confirmed once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due before or at your session. Reschedules require 24 hours' notice.

Do I pay when I submit my request?+
No. Payment is not collected at the time of request. A private payment link is only sent after your session has been reviewed and approved.
What should I wear to a session?+
Wear something comfortable that allows you to fully relax. Soft, loose, breathable clothing is best.
Do I need to prepare anything for a mobile session?+
Please have a quiet, clean space available where the instruments can be set up comfortably. A calm room with enough space for the session setup is perfect.
Is sound healing a replacement for medical or mental health care?+
No. Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice. It is designed to support relaxation, rest, and energetic reset, but it does not replace care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
Where are studio sessions held?+
Studio sessions are held through Suite Space Orlando after availability is confirmed. Exact details are shared once your request is approved.
